We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling, depending on availability.
 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
 

3. Payments & Pricing

All service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, product usage, and the complexity of the requested service.

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept the payment methods communicated by the salon.

Any deposits required for appointments will be disclosed at the time of booking.
 

4. Refunds & Service Satisfaction

Because salon services are personalized and involve time and professional products, completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.

Adjustments, when approved, will be handled at the salon's discretion.
 

5. Hair Condition & Service Results

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their hair history, including previous coloring, chemical treatments, extensions, and at-home products.

We cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary depending on hair condition, texture, previous treatments, and other factors.

Our stylists reserve the right to decline or modify a service if they believe it may compromise the health or integrity of your hair.

6. Allergies & Sensitivities 

Please inform your stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before receiving a service.

Patch testing may be recommended or required before certain chemical treatments.

The salon is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
