Our Policies

You and your appointment are very important to us. When you book at The LAB we reserve that time especially for you allowing us to give you the attention and care you deserve. We ask for your understanding that last-minute changes affect not only your stylist, but other clients, as well.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

We are committed to creating a smooth flow between your individual needs and everyone’s busy schedules. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to respect other clients’ reserved time. In these cases, a 50% late cancellation or no-show fee may be assessed.

For appointments booked within 24 hours, we require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid a charge.

No-show appointments—those missed without notice—may also be subject to a 50% service fee, as that time could not be filled by another guest.

If you are unsure that you'll be able to make your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. We are always happy to work with you when advance notice is given.
