Maddie attended San Diego State University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Economics before deciding to follow her passion for the beauty industry. She later attended Paul Mitchell The School San Diego in 2004 to pursue cosmetology.
After earning her license, Maddie joined The LAB as a member of the front desk team before quickly moving into an assisting role under owner Age, along with stylists Alex and Kelle. Under their guidance and mentorship, she continues to grow her skills in the art of hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
